We operate this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and related services to offer you, the customer, a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Baluana is powered by Shopify technology, which allows us to provide these Services to you.

We make every effort to display the images of our dog beds as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region and to modify product descriptions at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Any order placed is an offer to purchase that must be accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Once processed, the possibility of cancellation is limited. You may return or exchange your purchase in accordance with our 60-day Return Policy.

Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. In compliance with Spanish law, final prices will include the corresponding VAT (IVA).

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates. Baluana is not responsible for delays beyond our control (customs, shipping strikes, or force majeure events). The risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is delivered to the carrier.

All content (text, bed images, logos, designs) is the property of Baluana and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

You acknowledge that Shopify provides the platform technology, but any purchase agreement is made directly between you and Baluana.

SECTION 8 - COMMENTS AND REVIEWS

If you send us feedback or photos of your pet with our products, you grant us the right to use them for promotional purposes. We have no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of public comments or to pay compensation for them.

SECTION 9 - PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site for unlawful purposes, harassing others, transmitting viruses, or attempting to extract data through automated means (scraping) without authorization.

SECTION 10 - DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTIES

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are provided "as is." As a seller based in Spain, Baluana is responsible for current legal warranties regarding consumer products (manufacturing defects).

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Málaga.
