Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Baluana! We are excited to help your pet get the rest they deserve. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for orders placed within the United States.

1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Baluana is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Since our pet mats are typically valued under $800, most individual orders are exempt from US import duties under current de minimis regulations.

6. Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at baluana@use.startmail.com with photos of the packaging and the product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue for you.
